In-home care services are designed to maintain or restore health and safety to an individual in the comfort of their home. The broad spectrum of services may include nursing and therapy, as well as homemaker/companion and home health aide, assistance with rehabilitation needs, personal grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping & laundry, incontinence care, errands and shopping, and companionship and socialization.
Arcadia Health Care considers it a privilege to provide home care and is discerning in selecting the employees to deliver that care. All caregivers are experienced, screened, bonded, insured, and receive ongoing training. In addition, Arcadia conducts regular supervisory visits and job performance observations.

Arcadia offers hourly home care services which may include personal grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping and laundry, incontinence care, errands, shopping, companionship and socialization. More complex care can also be provided as needed. There is no weekly minimum hourly requirement and the client may increase or decrease service as desired or warranted.
Visits typically last one and one half hours. A "wake-up care package" is often used for assistance with bathing and personal care such as shampooing, dental hygiene, and dressing. Meal preparation & feeding assistance and "tuck-in service" or assisting an individual with his or her bedtime routines are other examples. The frequency of the visits is determined by the client and can be altered at any time at their discretion.
