Each caregiver must undergo a thorough screening process and pass a qualifying exam. We review their references, credentials, and experience. All are bonded and insured by Arcadia. We also perform ongoing evaluations of each caregiver's performance. We take extra measures to ensure that you are receiving the best possible care. We begin with a free home conference so you can meet our personnel one on one or in the presence of your family.
